We have been holding the Men's Day of Rest for several years and many men have participated. Now it is time to model, for your sons (and/or grandsons), a genuine and masculine approach to the faith, so they can take responsibility for their own faith as an adult. Our younger attendees (19 and younger) are invited to the first part of the day at no additional cost. This includes a hearty breakfast.
Guests age 20 and older must register and pay for their attendance and they are registering for a full day including breakfast and lunch.
Feel free to reach out if you have questions about registration or have a unique situation.
We'll start with 8am Mass, then we'll go downstairs for breakfast. Deacon Pat Burke will speak after breakfast, then we'll participate in a very inspiring Eucharistic procession, followed by small group discussion. After the small group, the younger guests can head home (or be taken home). We'll have lunch at about noon, after which Fr. Allder will speak. This will be followed by another small group discussion and a period of Eucharistic adoration. We plan to be done by around 3pm.
Each registrant can bring one or more of his sons / grandsons with him at no extra charge. Guests 20yrs of age and older need to register or be registered for attendance.
